Rift skins exclusivity

I know that some of the items in the Rift Pass are coming back to the store at a later date, and others are going to remain exclusive, but I was wondering if we have any confirmation if just the charms are remaining exclusive, or if it applies to the skins as well? Specifically the Claudette skin is the one I'm wondering about, is this skin in particular coming back to the store?

@Peanits is it possible to get an answer for this at this time?

    Yeah I think charms being exclusive would be a good compromise for those people who just want to show off that they earned something instead of buying it.

    I hope only charms are exclusive OR if certain skins are exclusive (which I hope not, all skins should be store available at some point) then it’s made perfectly clear which ones and for how long so there’s no making panic purchases.

    Charms are exclusive. Skins aren't.

    The only way to get charms is by completing tiers on the rift and tomes in the archive.
