What is so hard about finding a 4th person in a lobby?? This has been an ongoing issue for over a year. It’s getting old.

You could be running into a foir stack and the fourth person isn't properly loading into the match and they don't realize it. I've been in that situation many times but I'm very conscientious about it so we end up just backing out.
