Currently there is nothing you get for reaching devotion levels. just the basic 300 shards you get for most levels before.
In my opinion this should atleast give you a higher reward due to the time it requires. some extra shards or some bloodpoints or atleast something. right now it basically does nothing except for telling you you are level 100+ not even any fancy ui changes or something like that

    Althought I agree the little green number is dull, its a new addition to the game for us to generate shards and show a level. Its free content and maybe will be made to look better in the future. Right now I prefer them to focus on other stuff. I really doubt the looks of devotion stay like this. Just cant imagine the devs thinking it looks fine as it is.
