Hope Rework and New Perk Ideas
Hope: After a generator is completed gain a 5/6/7% haste status effect and recover from negative status effects 5% faster for 15 seconds; additionally, after the exit gates are powered gain a haste status effect of 7% and recover from negative status effects 5% faster for 120 seconds.
Role Model: You are determined not to let the same thing happen to you. After a survivor other than you is hooked gain a token; you gain an action speed bonus of 2/3/4% to self-healing, jigssaw box search, fountain cleanse, mending, snapping out of it, waking up with clock, trap escape attempts, and unhooking yourself for each token. If a survivor is sacrificed or killed or you get hooked you lose a token.

Because it's a speed boost your Hope should only trigger if you complete the generator.
Having it activate mid chase would be too good.
