With devour hope, you have to be a certain distance away from the hook in order for it to create a stack. Same with make your choice perk. I think the point is, if you receive stacks and get it to proc you can't be camping.

is that all they said? usually theres death threats, racist comments , and other bannable offenses in there.
I always just scratch my head. I'm not sure what they expect me to do. Let them win? Like our literal job is to chase them, hunt them , protect the hooks , damage the generators, stalk them, and make sure they do not escape.
Camping, tunneling, stalking, chasing, body blocking , tricking and otherwise what they would consider "toxic trash bleepity bleep bleep" is in the job description.
It doesn't matter what perks you are running. You will get trashed on simply for playing the wrong killer, having the wrong addon, hooking the survivor.
It's all very disturbing considering our one task is so hard while there's is extremely easy. Like you can literally 2 pip even if sacrificed as long as you powered up your emblems enough. You do not need to escape. Yet a killer who fails to sacrifice anyone because they are not "camping" , not watching the hooks, not hooking, chasing or otherwise catching the survivors..they get -1. but then, when they do get a pip or two, they basically get attacked in game, attacked on their steam profile..over and over again basically 3/4 matches. It's getting old.
Just report them for being unsportsmanlike. Trollish toxicity is actually not tolerated. I think they get 4 warnings before there account is banned permanently. Not sure they are enforcing this though since 90% of the player base would up and vanish each day.

Just in case this is not a joke you cannot report people for camping or tunneling as it is not breaking the rules. Toxicity is what people want it to be. The only toxicity there is, is when people are saying "stuff" in post chat if you catch my drift.
