When do you think the community will turn on the Plague like they did with the Spirit?
Assuming people "learn to play her" enough.
Spirit was considered bad on launch even after she got several buffs.
Plague is considered bad because of how easy it is to ignore her powers, or so people say.

She's incredibly annoying. But not that strong.

I don't see how you could. There's basically two ways she could be played.
1) You don't cleanse. You're choosing to be permanently one hit away from death. She's still a 4.6m/s killer, has all the normal counterplay.
2) You do cleanse, she has corrupt purge for a limited time. You can wait it out, you can stun her, you can dodge it. It's like a Huntress.
Either way, there's stuff you can do to avoid it and there's no guessing. If you get hit, it's because you were in a bad place and she outplayed you.

Hag is pretty ridiculously strong. But nobody plays her fortunately.

Hopefully not, because Plague is a very unique killer that has a good amount of counterplay. With the right perks, Plague can be a very dangerous killer.

I wouldn't say ridiculously strong. Part of that perception is the very reason you listed: not many play her. Definitely top 5 or 6 though. But getting early hooks with her against a coordinated team before too many gens pop can be a nightmare, especially if someone finds a flashlight

Yeah. Against a team of even 2 flashlights, Hag's really, really, really bad.
Plus her traps make a sound if you're in an area with them, so you can just flashlight click spam to find them.

I don't understand why people would want Plague to be nerfed ? How is she any stronger than Hag or Billy ? At best she can compete with Freddy, but that's all.

I've seen a number of threads asking for spirit to be nerfed, but the opinion that spirit should be nerfed is hardly universal. I haven't seen anything official saying she would be nerfed either. As far as Plague goes, I seriously don't see any cause for it. She's pretty mid tier.

It blows my mind the Hag is only valued for her boosted Hex: Ruin perk.
I'll take a Hag with Mint Rag + Swamp Orchid Necklace over any boosted Spirit.

Her playstyle isn't intuitive/straight forward compared to other killers. That's probably why she isn't so popular.

I've seen players do extremely well with Thanataphobia, Monitor & Abuse, Ruin, and Dying Light. Personally, I use PGTW, Ruin, BBQ and Monitor. Monitor is a very good perk with her because if they're broken you can get decently close and give them far less time to get to a loop before you get near them.

this has to be bait. NO ONE LIKES PLAGUE! killers never get their power and survivors hate being broken all game. the puke also negates alot of stealth perks. shes needs a full rework for both sides sake

Either her or Ghostface. Spirit getting nerfed will lower the bar for what "OP" is considered.
You can make any Killer in this game sound OP if you word it right, no joke.
"Ghostface needs a nerf!!! He can't be looped because of his power and he can move freely without a terror radius and grab me off gens!!!"

It simply depends on her place in line.
Arguably, Spirit, Billy and then Huntress/Hag/Freddy all come before her.
You see it has nothing to do with getting overpowered killers nerfed, since Nurse has already been worked on now. Everything past here is just about getting the strongest killers nerfed, regardless of balance.
I'll honestly be shocked if Spirit gets any changes beyond Prayer Beads getting the nerfing it deserves, hopefully some of the momentum can get crushed there.

Exactly this /\.... hag is right there in the top tiers, the community just hasn't put the time towards her.... eventually hag will rise and the known streamers will state that theres no counterplay and the community will take it as gospel.

Survivors always turn on a killer when a perk is changed and favors them in some way. Now that Plague is creeping up the play list, and I'm guessing after the next rank reset, you'll see a new wave of 'omg nerf Plague stupid op' posts. Much like Spirit.
