Is spirit really better then nurse now?

So... Ive seen a lot of discussions lately about spirit being better then nurse now. But who really cares about a 3 second window before you can double blink again. Shes still good, but now has counterplay. Amazing! We can play against the only killer in red ranks, and she still the best. Spirit on the other hand is also played often at red ranks, but you can just put on iron will, and she can't find you. Nurse is still better
