What do you guys think of Myers' current situation?

Currently with dedicated servers, Myers' stalk power doesn't seem to be consistent in when it wants to function and actually drain people.

I was curious if anyone thinks this should be how he should have been from the start or if it needs to be looked into.

I'm leaning more towards the "he needs to be looked into" boat since it feels frustrating to be clearly able to stalk, but nothing happens. My experience with dedicated servers has been entirely positive aside from this. If anyone here has tips for how to get the stalk to work right in its current state, please feel free to share and discuss!
