The Game is slowly dying cause of the community
It's not so funny an more. Every round I'm reading "nice hacks", "lagswitch", "stream sniper" etc. - and of curse did nothing of that. All survivors think they are the best, the hot #########, true gods of the game and survive everything. And then they report you for this nonsense. I got reported* for insta down with huntress hatches (without any belt) cause it is "impossible to one shot some one", also some guys report* me cause i always knew where they were (in 32m jumpscaremyers on larry)
Just needed to write this somewhere.
What do you guys think, is this fun? Do you have same situations? Are you scared of false banns?(I am, cause i play legit and bought everything in the game, except some costumes for survs i not play)

Just ignore them. I think it's hilarious when they send messages like that since I've learned to feed off of their salt. Don't be scared of false bans either. The in-game report system is currently useless.

Don't worry. They don't even ban legit cheaters nowadays. You're more than just safe. Let the haters make noise. Keep playing.7

Who would be afraid of false bans in this game?...
To report someone you need video proof... It has to be done in a certain way aswell... You can only use the in game reporting tool.... So depending on how big your video is... you'll need to upload it to something like Youtube... Then include the link in the only report form there is. The end game report. So you'll need to leave your game running until it is done. Basically stop playing until you finish your report.. a few hours?...
Yeah right.... Who is going to do that?
There is currently no real reporting feature in this game right now.
So when you get someone telling you that they are going to report you... Laugh at them.. and tell them good luck. And then laugh at them some more.... cause it is funny.
Edit:. The only ban the Devs are doing are the ones for DCing, since that is automated. So unless you get caught cheating by EAC and you don't DC allot, then you are laughing.

Yes there is some toxicity but I am not sure if the game is dying. This is one of the few games which didn't lose its playerbase but actually gained more and more popularity in the last couple of years. I am not quite sure when I started to play this game but when I was playing it, steam stats were 7k-12k current 17k-18k highest. Right now 24k people are playing it and highest number is around 30k. Also, this game is popular in twitch as well.
For the other part, there is toxicity in every single game. It is not unique to this game and there is nothing that devs can do against this. A lot of people consider using flashlights toxic but if the game has given survivors the opportunity to use flashlights, it is devs' fault not survivors. People will talk ######### all the time after matches. I don't think we can prevent this as well.

It actually used to make me feel a little down when I would hear things like that towards me. But then I think who even are these people? no lives who ######### and whine when something goes wrong. To complain is just excusing lazy gameplay by them. I actually enjoy hearing what rubbish people like thst have to say because it's always cheap, desperate and pathetic what they have to say.1

When i report ppl, i screenshot for harrasment or record the game, upload it to imgur/youtube and type in the whole url into the text field. but i will never knw, if it helped or what happend to the report. missing a report hub for feedback to your reports.
