Can we get a "Newly Wed" Perk

I want a "Newly Wed" perk.

Gives you 100% change to get a Broken Key with a Wedding Ring in the first chest you loot. All Altruistic Actions towards the Obsession gain a 50/75/100% speed boost.

    I imagine the perk would come with a decreased chance of being the Obsession, just like the ring add-on.
