It depends on the killer, but PGTW on most.

Pop slows the game down the most but it also takes up the most of your time.
I'd order them like this:
- PGTW: Strong but time consuming
- Dying Light: Strong, but super obsession
- Ruin: Medium, but destructible
- Thanataphobia: Worthless unless on Plague or Legion (and then still mostly worthless)

From the choices you put up, it's Pop. Thanata is way too inconsistent, Ruin only works against new/bad survs, against good survs your getting maybe 20s off of it & Dying Light is just awful(imo)
