Call upon the Entity to weaken the survivors
When the end game collapse starts, all survivor's running speed is slowly decreased, up to 30/35/40% depending on the time left (maximum is reached at 25% time left)
Hindered effect is halved when a survivor is in the downed or hooked state

A very good concept, but most of the time end game collapse starts by an exit gate being opened. Maybe if the actual effect was nerfed, it could activate when the last generator is complete, or slowly apply hindered over the period of all 5 gens.
Cool concept, just needs a bit of work.
