Just turned the troll tables! What a treat!
Just had a match with two cheating buttholes.
Had a Claudette working with a GhostFace.
She kept leading GhostFace to the survivors, which led to them getting sacrificed.
It eventually came down to me, the Claudette and of course GhostFace.
They tried all kinds of things...downing her and then dropping her until she gets free...downing her so she could crawl point in my direction...all kinds of Dastardly & Muttley style tactics...it went on for a good five plus minutes...and then the Claudette started doing generators, GhostFace right by her side.
Thing is, they didn't realise...I had a key...
PING! 2 generators left. The hatch spawned...right round the corner from me. Unlocked it and escaped.
I don't believe I have EVER felt so victorious in DBD.

I thought I was in a hopeless situation until the Claudette started doing the gens. Then...a glimmer of hope...

I love keys. I love them even more ever since the wedding ring was introduced.
I get that some people feel bad about the hatch mechanic and keys in particular, but both are necessary to give hope. Mechanically and in terms of lore, Hope is an essential component of this game.
People who cry to remove Keys and the Hatch don't understand this truth about the game. Hope needs to be in the game, and this is by design.

This is why cheaters should get banned, nothing more.
You can't justify unbalanced mechanics with the existence of cheaters.
