The fog seeps into items, making them unwieldy and hard to handle
When a survivor is holding an item, their item will juggle around in their hand when moving, making a distinct noise that can be heard (short ranged noise that is directional, unique sound for each item)
In addition, holding an item will decrease all great skill check ranges by 20/25/30%
