Exactly. The process of hooking is formality. If a killer chooses to hook instead of slug, it should not be another challenge.

While I do wish sabo was more effective just remember that it will bring back a "slug" meta (and not just end game slug to secure a pip). While I think sabo is damn near useless unless in a perfectly organized team it may be a difficult one to "get right" in terms of balance.
