Does the Switch version have Spirit and Clown unlocked?

I've seen the boxart that says "Includes 4 chapters", and Spirit and Clown's DLC's aren't on the eShop. Are they included for free or not available?

Ghostface, pig, Myers, legion, demo,and plague have to be bought separate though.
