My RE Halloween week marathon

So, I just begun my Resident Evil marathon and I'm going to ask the good people of the forums to give me any tips, hints or tricks you've got while remaining as spoiler free as possible please, I'd greatly appreciate this.

REmake- This is my starting point and I'm already up to the point where the hunters have arrived.

RE2 remake- After my first run of REmake, I'll head to this game and restart, tell me which character I should restart with.

RECVX- When RE2 is complete it's on to RECVX and gotta be honest, I've got ZERO idea about this one.

REZERO- I remember playing a bit of this game as a kid and getting past the train but that's about it, I'm actually quite excited about replaying this one. Plus Rebecca is tied to be my favorite RE girl.

RE4- Another one I remember playing a bit of but never really getting that far into. Won't lie though, I played about 3 hours of this one before deciding to do my marathon.

Sorry for the wall of text but to any one who reads this and decides to help out, thanks, I truly appreciate it.
