When a medkit you have is completely depleted, this perk activates.

Your efficency with Medkits is increased by 50/60/75%

Third Level: you may sacrifice your medkit to recover from the dying state

    Instead of making medkit efficiency better, just make it flat healing boost. Also, I feel it needs a time limit, maybe 120 seconds or something.
