Good builds for bloodpoint farming

What is a good build for farming bloodpoints (when i say farming i dont mean camp or wait at the hook for a survivor to unhook) I normally run this build on doctor cuz its perks that give bloodpoints plus the doctor is fun and gives a good amount of bloodpoint per shock. Plz dont say a change perk or suggest 1 perk, im look for a full loadout and i do not mind changing the killer to someone that gives more bloodpoints but im not looking for an insta down killer or perk, i want the chases to be okay to good

    Well for killer, i don't know very well, besides what you have on now. For survivor, I say have DS, Prove Thyself and WGLF. DS because you get points for escaping or dying as obsession. If you stay obsession.

    lol that loadout is the most fun for me and helps me get a lot of bp, i think it depends your rank and who you are. Im purple rank and i use this loadout a lot when i farm and it has help me out a lot compared to other builds. As well i rarly use ruin, cuz i rarly get gen rush so i might switch out thrill of the hunt but i do not know any other good perks
