Remove the 8K cap, but keep the 32k cap. Simple as that.

I'd like to see it worked into the ranking system maybe. Before they changed matchmaking and made rank reset not really a reset anymore, it was a viable option to tie a bloodpoint bonus to your rank at the end of the month. Now I do not think it is a viable option, but if they make good changes to the ranking system it could make actual incentives to rank up instead of longer queue times and sweatier players

I'd definitely enjoy seeing them remove the bloodpoint cap or heavily increasing it as it doesn't factor into pipping anymore.

The rework is OBVIOUS
Good game as killer = 3 (20%) or 4 (80%) stacks
Good game as survivor = 0 or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 stacks ... so if you don't understand why this perk is poorly designed ... you just don't deserve more explanation

This is a perk that works exactly like Barbecue but without the aura reading, it is a good perk as is, I don't think you deserve to say it needs one if you don't know how it works, the stacks work as the perk mentions how you get it.

Higher caps per category. Generally as a Survivor you are going to reach the cap in one category or another pretty quickly unless you are doing basically nothing. For Killers thats even more true.
Oh, and remove perk tiers. They have no good reason to exist.

First off, give more scoring events for the Survival category, such as recovering in the dying state.
Second, rework WGLF and make more perks that grant bonus BP (but still capped at 100% total) so we can have variety and get enough points without running BBQ every game.
Third, remove perk tiers. If you run out of perks before level 40 (when you're new and haven't unlocked any perks yet), the bloodweb should give you "locked" perks that unlock when you get new teachables (so if you have locked perks on Claudette and then unlock all of Meg's teachables, 3 of Claudette's locked perks become Meg's perks).

Instead of capping categories at 8k I think BP for the match should be capped at 32k, with all categories adding to that total.
So if you get chased all game and only get Boldness or Chainsaw down every Survivor all the time, you could get 32k bp anyway.
This would lead to a higher overall BP gain, without just giving you free or extra BP, by letting you have more games where you get maximum points; rather than max out one or two categories and fail to fill the others.
I also think disconnections should award bloodpoints post trial, like offerings do.

Reduction in leveling cost
Nearly all of these work but reducing the current costs will also reduce the killer's upkeep costs in maintaining good amounts of add ons.

These others are good, but also, could we increase (not remove) the 1 million cap? 1.5 or 2 mil wouldn’t be game-breaking, but it could let us completely level a character in one go!

Other: I want more IN GAME obstacles and challenges. Like maybe certain hooks(preferably something that acts like a hook but is different in animation. Like slow moving meat grinder the player has been unstrapped from)
A good example for survivors was the finding, holding and keeping the lunar festival lantern which gave them a glowing sparkle effect to make hiding harder but got points for keeping every certain amount of seconds passed.
