Sounds fix when?
Just a curious questions for any Dev who I hope looks at this. Any information on sounds for killers or just sounds in general in the game? Breathing, footsteps etc?

Seriously... I dislike the Ruin change (though I like the new ruin, honestly) without addressing the core problem, but I can get over that - the game is still playable without it. But the sounds are another matter entirely - and they have been an issue for so long now. So many reports, so many threads - not a single response. Devs, please - say something about this.

Couldn't agree more. To see these sound bugs which can really hurt a killer still not being adressed or even acknowledged for over a month now is baffling to me.

The last time sounds were borked like this (in literally the same way with the same issues), it lasted almost 6 months (this was in 2018) and killers started running Shadowborn to compensate.

Have the old sounds back like when dbd first came out or at least around 2016-2017 :(

it is a killer problem so it means it is low priority.

Seriously, it wasn't even acknowledged on the list of known issues they posted.
This is happening like every other patch now and every single time it takes months to even get acknowledged much less fixed.

Funny thing is when playing survivor you can hear everything but killer you can't cause that realistic apparently :\

Is it a PC issue because I keep finding survivors because of how loud they breathe. I even clipped one moment where I found a Claudette as her normal breathing was so loud I even heard it while walking past her with several meters of distance.

Tried to ask that in the Q/A but my comment is getting deleted from the mods.... don't forgot the basement bug got fixed in 1 week but sound bugs still remain for a month.... who cares about killers right?
With the broken sounds and the post phase lunge bug of spirit, I am not able to play spirit properly for a month... as a spirit main that is really annoying me... I finally want to play my main Killer. Guess survivors are not FrUsTrAtEd if noone can play spirit right? :D
