Legion build?
What do you guys think of a Legion build using their addon Iridescent Button, Filthy Blade or Stolen Sketch Book, Thanatophobia, overwhelming presence, nurses calling, and Coulpophobia/Sloppy Butcher?
Too much anti healing?
Sorry if this is commonly asked or used...kinda new haha.

Don't worry about being new, we were all new at some point.
Anyways, your build seems solid for a anti-healing build, but usually if you're going for a anti-healing/long healing build, you'd use Filthy Blade + Nasty blade with it.
Also i'd use less Overwhelming Presence and instead use Coulrophobia with Sloppy Butcher.
If you need any other build ideas than I can throw what I use down for ya.

No, you are totally fine! All questions are welcome!
As for your build, I do think it has too much anti-heal. The Survivors simply won't heal and they will rush gens, leaving you an M1 Killer without any stall.
Personally, I have two builds that seem to work well for me.
The first is:
Thana, I'm All Ears, Ruin and PGTW
Stolen Sketch Book and Legion Pin
The point is to get people broken and get confirmed value out of Thana. Ruin and PGTW allow for gen regression and I'm All Ears is a good chase perk. Survivor's are encouraged to heal once you get all of them injured.
Second is as follows:
Sloppy, M&A, Ruin and PGTW
Yellow Pin and Stolen Sketch Book
Allows you to keep Survivor's injured and no matter what they get the Mangled status. If they chose to heal, they waste a ton of time. M&A allows for some fast downs as they have less time to get away, Ruin and PGTW for gen regression.
Hope this helps!

I personally run
Enduring (to get pallet stunned during frenzy and reduce cooldown)
Discordance
PGTW
BBQ
Other good perks include
Thanatophobia (usually a bad perk but its decent on legion)
Spirit fury or nemesis (if you want to combo with enduring)
PWYF (guilty pleasure of mine, but I just love how fast legion run with 3 PWYF tokens)

I wanted to add a bit more to this, as I wasn't too clear above due to being on mobile.
first, your build
I like the concept, it's a pretty solid combo as said above.
But I wanted to go a bit more in-depth with it for you, just so you can get a better idea on what to combine and use.
Your build is solid for an anti-healing build, but if you're new and struggle with keeping generators active, than I have another build idea for you after this. But for now, we'll talk about what you're using and what I can add to this.
A recreation of your build
Try this, this will focus on anti-healing but also give you some leeway for anti-gen progression as well. Use Pop Goes the Weasel, Coulrophobia, Sloppy Butcher, and Nurse's Calling.
- Pop Goes The Weasel [A Clown perk] (This perk is very solid for any build and is one of the most used perks currently in the top tier meta. Pop Goes The Weasel is simple, once you hook a Survivor Pop Goes The Weasel with activate. When Pop Goes The Weasel is active, you have a 40/50/60 second count-down to use it, to use PGTW you kick any generator that's currently be repaired, this will give it a 25% flat regression penalty when PGTW is active, and once kicked PGTW will de-activate until it's next use. PGTW is very good for keeping generators in line, and you can use it with Legion to avoid using Ruin with the build)
- Coulrophobia [A Clown perk] (Survivors within your Terror Radius will gain a 30%/40%/50% penalty to healing speed. This is pretty solid with how Legion works, and when combined with the Nasty Blade + Filthy Blade add-ons it can make mending and healing a very long process. Usually Survivors would heal more with Thanatophobia active, this build is to make them heal less and continue to be injured for most of the game.)
- Sloppy Butcher (This is a very solid perk on any Legion build. Simply put, Sloppy Butcher will apply the Mangled and Haemmorrhage status effects on a Survivor. Depending on the Tier of Sloppy Butcher, it'll also cause Survivors to Slightly/Moderately/Considerably bleed at a increased rate. This perk is pretty solid for any Legion, but when combined with Coulrophobia, it can do some massive damage to healing speeds. And with Nurse's Calling you can see any Survivors that're trying to top of their healing within 24 meters, so if you are not 99% when Legion is 24 Meters away, than you're doomed)
- Nurse's Calling [A Nurse perk] (This is important when using a anti-healing build. Not only will the build punish healing, it'll also give the Legion a 24 meter aura reading for any Survivors attempting to heal in that radius. This will make them think twice about healing near or around the area you're in, and it'll let you punish said healing to make them think twice about doing it in-general!)
So for one, don't use Unnerving Presence on Legion. The perk might seem good in practice, but it's honestly not needed on a Killer like Legion. Unnerving Presence is more for Killers like Doctor that work off of a big Terror Radius. And while combining it with Iridescent Pin is a good idea, it's not suited for builds that focus on anti-healing in the first place.
the add-ons you should use with this anti-healing build
In my opinion, you should for sure use Filthy Blade + Nasty Blade. FB and NB is great for increasing mend times and making the concept of healing an even more fruitless effort. If you have to mend for a long time and than heal for a long time, it's better to just stay injured in that case.
It punishes them for healing AND it rewards you with instant downs and PGTW generator kicks. If you can down someone instantly and hook them a lot, than nobody will ever be able to rush the gens quickly, since you'll just be there with a PGTW activation and regress a generator down by 25%
If you feel like experimenting a bit, than you can try using Filthy Blade + Stolen Sketch book for longer Feral Frenzy sprint times, or you can just use the classic Stolen Sketch Book + Mural Sketch that increases your FF activation time by a lot more.
last, my build (a summary)
This should be a better use of Legions powers and give you some leeway to avoid gen-rushing. It rewards the one shot down of the anti-healing build AND benefits you when hooking Survivors, since PGTW will activate and let you regress any generators that're close or half-way from being done.
If you want to experiment with other builds, you can try out the one I use. But I won't go in-depth with this one as that would take a lot more writing and time.
Here's the build I use, Thanatophobia, Pop Goes The Weasel, BBQ & Chili, and Nurse's Calling.
a summary of my build
This build actually works off of Survivors forcefully healing, and rewards you as such. I've used this build a lot in Red Ranks and still 4k with it. The basic summary though is this, Thanatophobia will make Survivors think it's beneficial to heal. Why? Because they want to avoid the penalty it gives to repair speeds, so if they heal I can see them within 24 meters with Nurse's Calling and than down and hook them to regress their generator by 25% with PGTW!
BBQ & Chili comes in after the hook to get a basic idea of any Survivors that may be gen-rushing a gen together or trying to save, if so, I can chain-stab them on the way to the generator that's being worked on by 2 or the rest of the survivors, and once i'm there i'll chain-stab them all and than kick the generator with PGTW still active.
So in a sense i'm rewarded for Survivors that heal around me, and it encourages Survivors to heal more because of Thanatophobia, so the more Survivors that are injured, the more encouraging it is to heal.
the add-ons I use with my build
I mostly just use Stolen Sketch Book + Mural Sketch, it benefits the build because I have a longer FF sprint and I can chain-stab for a lot longer to ensure everyone stays damaged.
I might also use Filthy Blade + Stolen Sketch Book with it, but my most common alternative is Iridescent Pin + Stolen Sketch Book, just so I can break a lot of clumped up pallets and create a bunch of deadzones.
so what is my builds main focus though?
Damage over hooking. It's kind of like the one above, except it encourages healing and punishes it. If nobody heals, than it's as if i'm using a anti-healing build! Players will straight up avoid healing when they know it benefits me, so they'll stay damaged and get downed easily in a lot of the deadzones I created afterwards.
It's a pretty solid build, and it really does show in Red Ranks.
conclusion
I hope this helps you out, its a more in-depth look into what I was getting at above, and maybe it's a lot more informative and helpful to you!
Stay safe out there,
see you in the fog.

Those all seem like great builds, thank you!

For me it's just basement builds, works every time.
Discordance + CI + Iron Grasp + Agitation

A basement build on Legion...?

I know! Weird AH! But fun and effective cause of Feral
Hook someone in basement, go away, someone unhooks, you go back, Feral hit the unhooked (not downing him and making him mend and waste time without it being considered as tunneling) read the "hero" thanks to that hit, go for him, hook him in basement, repeat. Have in mind the shack pallet is a + for the Legion
Edit: NC + Agitation + Iron Grasp + Thanato also works amazingly good

I guess that's not really camping, I guess?
If it works for you though than it's an option to use. I just don't see it being a mainstream thing for people to use over other builds, I can just see it being easily circumvented by gen-rushing you while leaving the person on the hook until the time is right, or something like that.
And if you chase someone else, than they can just unhook the basement Survivor and than the build is... meh.
Again, if it works for you than more power to ya.

Depending on map though, another build I find fun to use is NC + Agitation + Iron Grasp + Thanato

I pretty much agree with @FireHazard
I think this is a pretty niche build but if you can get it to work, good on you, you must be a way better player than me XD
0 -
I don't believe there's anything like a better player, we're good at different things, I think it's more of a context situation for me, red ranks go for saves all the time, they feel like 1 escape is not enough, and I usually take advantage from that, but I have to state that I don't play Legion much, maybe I'm just having good luck every time I play as him, and maps are an issue for him. But lets talk about Trapper and that'd be another subject, he's my main.
0 -
Right, if the map gives a basement in the middle, than of course it'll work out well. If it doesn't, than the build is kind of null at that point.
The other build also seems like a basement build, but it's more flexible with how it's used at least. I feel that's better than the other, as if the basement aspect doesn't work out, than you at least have the other two perks to use as a back up.
I mean, everything can be niche, but if a player can make use of it than I don't see anything wrong with that.
Not saying you thought it was wrong, i'm just... idk. My point is if it works for him than more power to him.

I usually play Trapper with Corrupt, PGTW, Spirit Fury and Enduring.
Plus, Tar Bottle and a Bag.
Buttttt, I suck as Trapper. Cannot play him for the life of me, just not my style.
1 -
This is how I play him when basement is in shack:
Use your addons to darken traps and bring 1+ traps, place one trap on each exit gate lever, place trap on one entrance of shack with basement, another one on window, grab another trap but don't place it, go down someone, bring him to basement with Iron Grasp and Agitation, leave basement, place trap going up the stairs, place another trap where the basement pallet is, watch them all fall to their doom.
2 traps on exit doors, 4 traps in basement.
Go for chases, don't worry, you don't have to camp, the amount of survivors who step on traps is amazing with this strategy. 3k+ every game
Yes... I love basement builds...

Legion pin, stolen sketchbook

You still running this build? Personally Ive been running the same build except that I use surge instead of nurses, Ive been looking into using nurses calling on Legion though, you are right this punishes survs for healing and not healing. Im guessing nurses also works while in frenzy right? I only ask because ive never ran it on him.
0 -
Yes I still use this build, even in Red Ranks is does work when properly used.
Nurse's does work in Feral Frenzy yes, so you can chain-stab people that're healing OR just go for them and down them when they least expect it. It's a fairly solid build if you're interested in utilizing Nurse's into it.

i usually run:
barbeque and chili: for the bloodpoints, aura reading is also nice
monitor and abuse: a pretty good perk on him, allows you to get closer to the survivors to get a hit on them easier. one drawback is that it increases your killer instinct range, which can screw with you making you believe you can get a frenzy hit when you cant.
corrupt intervention: forces survivors to move into the map more, which can lead to survivors grouping up more. imo its one of the best perks for legion
for the last perk i usually run something random, sometimes shadowborne, or blood echo, or brutal strength.
also, id recommend not using an anti-healing build on him, at least imo. generally you want people to heal when youre the legion, as it wastes their time and you can just get them injured again easily anyway. also, most people just dont choose to heal most of the time, so an anti-healing build is useless imo, tho its up to you.
oh and for add ons i use stolen sketchbook and mural sketch

I tend to go with Thanatophobia, Dying Light, BBQ and Chili, and then swap out the last slot. Sometimes I go with Overcharge for a complete slowdown, sometimes I go with Devour Hope for more hooking benefit. For add-ons, I go with Legion Pin and duration.
The idea is to keep the survivors broken to get full effect of Thanatophobia, get hooks for further gen slow down with Dying Light, and capitalize on hooks with BBQ and Chili.

@FireHazard ok reporting back about how its done for me, this has actually worked so well at keeping up pressure and for someone like legion who van struggle with getting downs this is perfect. If they dont heal I can find them easily through blood and groans and their speed on actions decrease, if they heal i can find them even easier and get a free down, this is definitely staying in my legion kit!
On a side note you use nurses on ur myers too right? Something like nurses, monitor, infectious, pop? Or am i wrong.

@FireHazard now that I think about it, I think your build was ruin, bbw, nurses, monitor since the last I asked, so I guess if you dont mind me asking, what have you changed it to now?

PGTW, Sloppy, M&A and Corrupt Intervention.
Defaced Smiley Pin and Etched Ruler.
People will want to heal, but it takes a long time.

It wasn't that, it was Pop Goes the Weasel, Nurse's Calling, Thanatophobia, and BBQ & Chili.
If you read above you'll find all the add-ons, strategies, and the descriptions of why I use those perks. Also, I use that same build above and in this comment to this day and it still does work in Red Ranks.

Oh no no if you read my comment above I mention about how that build really works for me on Legion and Ill be keeping nurses on my Legion, THEN i go on to talk about your myers build and asking about it. Sorry if it wasnt too clear. See "On a side note you use nurses on ur myers too right? Something like nurses, monitor, infectious, pop? Or am i wrong."

Oh, for Myers it's different because of how his passive stealth ability works.
I use Corrupt Intervention, Nurse's Calling, Monitor & Abuse, and BBQ & Chili on Myers. Slightly different from my Ghostface because Monitor & Abuse works with his already low Terror Radius in Tier ll and Tier lll, so in turn he has a Terror Radius of 8 in Tier ll (which is basically 0 for how Terror Radiuses work in-game), and a Terror Radius of 24 in Tier lll. Both out of chases of course and in chases it increases these by 8 instead. The thing is, because of how Myers works having an increased Terror Radius in a chase in Tier lll and especially Tier ll doesn't really ruin anything, the benefit is that out of chases he has a lower Terror Radius for a more effective stealth attack.
As for the rest, Nurse's Calling is to sneak up on healing Survivors that're with 28 meters, BBQ is to give me a 40 meter Terror Radius from the hook to sneak up on another injured/healthy Survivor, and Corrupt Intervention allows me to go into Tier ll without being instantly gen-rushed from the start.
Nurse's Calling is good on Legion for a different reason, since it allows The Legion to see healing within 28 meters with a normal Terror Radius, which more times than not, Survivors actually do this against Legion even if he's close. As for Myers, the opposite happens where you're supposed to sneak up on them for another down. Essentially speaking, players heal against Legion quite often to avoid being insta-downed, so they do this close by or a far, most of the time they do it a far which allows the Legion to have a passive 28 meter radius to see any healing he stumbles across.
As for Myers, it's hard to tell where he is when his Terror Radius is basically 0 (since M&A makes it 8), so Survivors just heal anywhere when they think he's gone or they think they gained enough distance.
