How Dedicated servers have played out on ps4?
Just curious about what people think of dedicated servers on ps4. Is it a hit or miss? I have had a great ping in most of my matches but on the other hand some weird stuff has happened like hits that would have never connected before dedicated servers and sometimes there is no fluidity in games and they seem kinda cranky.
Anyhow in my opinion dedicated servers have been pretty weird lately and some crazy stuff has happened like this https://youtu.be/ryy0qxFzGi4
That doesn't seem very normal. If anyone has that sort of clips feel free to share I'd like to see what kind of crazy stuff can happen and to be certain that this doesn't affect a minority.

honestly i’m tired of getting hit through pallets and windows.
they need the work a lot on the servers..

PROS:
- You no longer are reliant on a killer hosting the lobby so if they lobby dodge you stay in the lobby until another killer joins. So no more getting kicked to matchmaking for 10+ minutes.
- No more 600+ ping games because of a bad connection.
- When the servers work the games runs pretty smooth.
CONS:
- Dead Hard sometimes does nothing and results on being exhausted on the ground.
- Getting hit through pallets and windows is much worse.
- Sometimes you get teleported backward as both survivor and killer.
- It is automatically worse for killer because now you have a ping when you didn’t before.
- Survivors make more rapid turns and spins with dedicated servers so it is easier to get spun especially on console.

Pretty well said it is nice that dodging won't reset timer to find a match and when everything works as intended games are smooth. But on the other hand there have been a lot of games where movement is kinda twitchy causing people to bump into walls etc.
360'ing seems to be harder to hit nowadays, espicially with contsole sensitivity.
