What on earth is going on here!???

LvL 44 clown with only Bamboozle 1... Why the HECK am I even bothering to sink all my points into the CLOWN so I can GET BAMBOOZLE!!!!!

THE DEVS NEED TO BE FIRED... I spent MONEY to buy the freaking clown and I'm COMPLETELY shut out of the Character defining ability!!!!!

IF I DON'T GET BAMBOOZLE 2 and 3 IN THE NEXT 6 LEVELS I WONT GET IT AT ALL!!!!!! Unless I spend TONS AND TONS of points post 50 OR EVEN WORSE go Prestige and get shut out all over again.. BROKEN BROKEN BROKEN!!!!!

Broken game is broken and stupid and annoying.. Seriously...

LEARN TO MAKE A GAME.....

God help me.....

    Calm down.

    The bloodweb is random. Yes I do agree that sometimes it is annoying that the personal perks cant get updated, because sometimes I reach 50, and still have tier 1 on some character specific perks. That shouldnt be a thing.

    But there is already a thread for this high up, and feeling the need to get your point out by insulting people is kinda much, dont you think? You can always prestige him when you reach 50, and hope for a better run, it usually works. Then you dont have to grind at 50 webs that takes alot of points.

    So your bloodweb is full with other perks from other killers. Be happy about that. My clown is lvl 50 with all his own perks on 3 but i dont have lots of other perks like BBQ or Overcharge (what is great in combination with Pop goes the weazel). Its just a perk like any other perk. If you have tons of perks unlocked for other killers, the chance to get this one perk is lower of course. Deal with it. Nothing is broken here.

    Sucks man, I'm sorry you're having bad luck. Maybe you'll get better luck in the next six levels, if not don't put too much energy in it okay? It is a game, not life.

    You have it easy, I had my Claudette go through 20 plus rollovers at P3 50 to get my lvl 3 perk while others still don't have beyond lvl 1.

    He'd get courteous responses if he were courteous in kind. Fact is, this has to be the third or fourth thread he's made about this "bug" and still does not acknowledge that it's because the bloodweb is random and that the developers are not to blame for his bad luck.

    Been there done that I was clown level 3 prestige 1 before I got bamboozle 2. I just dealt with it.

    I'll just ignore the rudeness, since others have covered that pretty well.

    Instead, here's a tip. If you want a specific perk to show up, be careful what you buy in the bloodweb. It's better to upgrade an existing perk than buy a new one that you don't want at T1. If you have a choice between Unrelenting 3 and BBQ 1, pick Unrelenting 3. That will remove Unrelenting from the pool of possible perks in the Bloodweb. Fewer possible perks means a greater chance the one you want will show up.

    Even if it's a choice between a T1 perk and a T2 perk, choose the T2. That is just one more step toward removing that perk from the pool.

    If he's also one of your last killers to level up, you also have to deal with all the additional teachable perks from all the other killers. The perk pool is pretty big at a base level. Add all other teachable perks? You have 48 different perks on you hands. That means you would have to do nearly 150 levels to get all perks to level 3 on one single killer. RNG can suck, but that's just the way it happens.

    I've pumped almost 2 million BP into Clown, multiple level 50 webs and even though I have a very good build now, I only have level 2 Pop goes the weasel, level 1 bamboozle and level 1 coulrophobia. is it frustrating? Yes, but I guess that's just how it goes when you've unlocked pretty much all of the other teachables.

    It was a pain to get a specific perk on doctor for my BP build.

    Back to the topic:
    This is just a game and don't worry you will get another tier of that perk sooner or later.
    I had the same problem with Leatherface and BBQ and Chilli and look at me, he's lvl. 50 and has BBQ and Chilli on tier 1.
