Thinking a moment, that image does not seem like a new chapter, but a possible buff to freddy, and the announcement of Nancy Holbrook, the main character of the film.
The rumors of why they added Quentin instead of her, it was because they did not get their license, but possibly they got it, and they will add it soon. I enclose the photos, so you can see that I am not so misguided.

    Freddy is not getting his buff yet tho. And they have stated in their Dev-stream after Freddys' release that they have went for quentin because he seems like a more interresting character than Nancy

    Yes, but freddy's fans did not want Quentin, and maybe they decided to put it in. To me, as a fan, it disgusted me a lot, because it's like putting Myers and Sam loomis instead of Laurie.

    But honestly I do not think at all that I will be an Asian killer. Because this map all you have is Easter eggs from the movie.

    I did not want to talk so much about the importance of Quentin About Nancy, but to think that all the rumors about the new killer may be looking at things that have nothing to see, and @not_Queen said that there might be something on the maps that would give clues about the new chapter, but it does not mean that it is this image.

    But, anyway. Nancy on that movie was just the typical downer character that survived. Quentin actually researched stuff, acting as the actual knowledge source. Even the events experienced by him (for instance, his dream sequence revealing Freddy's past) are far more relevant.

    Nancy only had a 1 second flashback of Freddy leading her into the R-rated room, and then just a bunch of random encounters with Freddy

    They didn't add in Nancy because no one wanted her. What fans wanted was Nancy Thompson and OG Freddy. Turns out they couldn't get the original license so they went for the remake and the true protagonist of the remake. Seriously , Nancy was useless in that movie , Quentin literally did everything for her , she just gave in the final blow.

    Literally nobody wanted Rooncy because she’s hands down the worst part of that movie. They couldn’t get the rights to OG Nancy so they went with Quentin because he was the better protagonist in the remake.
