I think it comes with the next update. So if it drops in 40 minutes, the new tome should be part of it. But Idk exactly, thats why I asked here.

Paulie Ester just made a video that the new patch and archive will drop in around 25hours from now. On wednesday about 11am est.

It was said by a dev in a live stream chat on a fog whisperer stream. There is no written source yet.

Tome opens Jan 22.. as per the sneak peak video of the new tome.
