But they returned exclusive skins

I don't think these are exclusives. I think the Charms and Dwight's cap, Nea's shirt, and Billy's hammer are being given out for free, and it says you can get Jeff and Susie's skins in the store.

No they are on the store only it seems.
It seems the ones shown are exclusives so maybe it's just a change to appease the whole userbase. Some players wanted event skins earnable for playing within it and they are still keeping some for the rift as well to earn.
Who knows maybe they will put them on the store at some point as well as anything is possible.

Those 3 are given out for free but they are exclusives. After Feb 4th they're gone for good.
So in a few years they'll be like hound/lunar donkey jacket

The skin's aren't really auric cells only are they? I really wanted the Susie rat one (I love Susie and rats) but I can't afford it if it is :/

Hmh, they told us they would removed exclusive, tho they made these event limited skin, which can be easily obtain by just logging in. So we have limited skins, with no effort at all, LUL.

I kinda expected them to add this event's currency to the free track of this rift like with hallowed blight, I mean when they said they were integrating events and the rift together I expected that, not "we made these skins for the event, purchaseable with irl money only"..
