So, after the update, going into survivor, I'm flicking through my survivor list hoping one of them may have a Lery's offering when I notice on David, he has 'Borrowed Time' which is impossible since I haven't unlocked the Teachable from Bill. Going through the list, Unbreakable is also there, again, not unlocked as Teachable. Checking through my others, nobody else has these Perks on their lists. Anyone else encountered this? Or any other Perks that shouldn't be there that are? This is also on Xbox.

On console Bill's perks were just basic perks anyone could have before he came out on console

Ahh, that might explain it then. I did used to use David a lot, but switched over to Feng. Thanks for the heads up :)
