Toxic Survivors
Anyone else seen a recent upsurge of toxic survivors lately? I've been seeing a lot more t-bagging and BMing after this update was pushed, versus before the update survivors were a lot less cocky. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yep and I’m now learning nurse because after I get better with them the bullies will go away and instead I’ll get fear / respect

It was expected. Without Ruin, gen-rushing is in full swing. The survivors are all doing the conga around the map, with a teabag here and a flash-click there.
Not that I give a monkeys, I am having a break from DBD (possibly permanent).

Toxic survivors have known that for a long time. Without Ruin the floodgates are opened.

Many many people here should definitly take a break too. It works wonders and it really cures your mind. But instead people prefer to pretend quitting the game and keep being frustrated with their bias and double standards. That's what i call addiction in a very bad way.

Because survivor is boring. I'm sorry but doing gens is mind numbing. It has only gotten worse now. I don't speak for everyone but I'm a toxic survivor because it entertains me.

100%. It’s too bad because it just shows that this community is toxic and one side can never just act right. The toxicity amongst survivors was all time high today.

I've had my first rage quit post ruin nerf today. I'm amazed that survivors still dc even when killers just got nerfed. ######### pathetic. I guess the nerf wasn't good enough.

Nurse gets bullied easily on Sanctum of Wrath because of the major dead zones though.

Ruin is still a thing, it's just different now. I love the term "gen-rushing." Always have. Do you want survivors to stop playing the game to hold the killlers' hand?

Super bias from both sides.
Killers are toxic and so are Survivors.
Answer: Stop being toxic then or if your butt hurt then don't play the game.
Conclusion: Stop the toxicity or quit playing.

Definitely. Had a game today as Oni on Badham. The usual teabagging, flashlights, and toolboxes. Unfortunately, they were too cocky and didn't space out enough. Guess what happened when I got Blood Fury?
Had another game as Wraith on Lerys. This Quentin had been really cocky. He was the last guy and found the Hatch and was teabagging on it and clicking his flashlight, but because I was cloaked he didn't see me and I closed the Hatch right under him. Probably the funniest moment all day.

Today in my every game as a killer, I got salt and DC :_: am I just unlucky? At least these survivor were literally potatoes running into walls and hiding into a lockers in front of me.

I was ranked 17-15 (15 now) getting messages while playing after I killed someone. One told me I should go buy some razors and kill myself, they have been reported to Sony. Others spam me and cursing me out because I didn't play the way they expected me to. Not only that but them being immune for so long after getting off a hook by Bill, dodging strikes and hitting me when I pick them up. I'm ranked 15 going against a SWF rank 6. This is literally about how much can I take? I got lucky in one game being ranked 8-9s and 4k.

Well the survivors need the devs to hold there hand while they play to make sure they can do a gen because hitting skill checks or looking for a totem was to hard.

Only toxic things in this game are Exploits & End Game Chat.
I don't see how t-bagging, which has zero affect on a match is "toxic" it literally does nothing at all, and as for "BMing", what even is that, pointing at the killer?

I personally loved when killers ran Ruin. I use Small Game and cleanse Ruin and NOED before it even pops. I think the problem might be platforms. The frame rate on console is lower and therefor its a lot harder to hit great skill checks. But PC is the only thing that matter, huh?

Because it is a gesture that originated in another game that was meant to insult and humiliate beaten opponents. If trying to humiliate and insult other players is not toxic for you, fine, but you have to accept that it is for others.

Even good skill checks work may take longer but the gen will get done and whats the excuse for console players not looking for the totem to remove ruin? so it's not just PC that matters and i said skill checks not great skill checks but i guess its to hard for console players to look for a totem or even hit a good skill check?

They are toxic due to long Q times which make killers play less which extend survivors Q times even more which then makes them more toxic towards killers which.....

Survivors got there way...yet nobody was asking for the Ruin nerf. You got an issue Ruin being nerfed look at BHVR. That was there choice. One that may survivors, myself included disagreed with.
Both sides have gone up in being toxic. Had a Myers game where he refused to hook anyone. Just slugged them till they bleed out.

Haven't played survivor yet...but so far even red rank survivors have been getting out after a simple gg. I guess they respect a killer who can 4k after ruin nerf.
