Doctor Static Blast & Shock Therapy Synergy
Currently the Static Blast takes 60 seconds to recharge, I don't have any real problem with it as a passive ability but it doesn't seem to synergise with gameplay.
Would it be possible to give this ability the potential to recharge faster after hitting a survivor with shock therapy? Perhaps a speed increase variable for a certain amount of seconds? It just seems that this ability should naturally help fill the static blast imho.
Currently the Static Blast gets 1.667 (3dp) charges per second (100% after 60 seconds). When Shock Therapy hits survivors have a 2.5 second cooldown. In that 2.5 cooldown the Static Blast could get a 250% bonus to charge for those 2.5 seconds. 1.667*2.5= 4.1675 charges per second.
4.1675 *2.5 = 10.41875 charges - Successful hit of shock therapy
1.667* 2.5 = 4.1675 charges - Regular charge over same amount of time.
Essentially every time you hit Shock Therapy you'd be gaining an additional = 6.25125 charges per hit. In practical terms that's just under 4 seconds (6.25125/1.667= 3.75s) of speed boost to Static Blast per hit of Shock Therapy.
This might actually not really be enough to have any noticeable effect but figured it was better to start low before building anything up.

Maybe not base kit, the cooldown seems fair to me... I could see this being a add on however

I think it'd need to be significantly stronger to be an add on tbh.

I agree, stronger then that but could be a interesting add on set, uncommon to very rare, hitting a survivor with shock Therpy slight, moderately, considerably increases static blasts recharge rate, also stacks with each other also forgot to add tremendously

Honestly the Doctor probably has too many add ons as it is. I really don't think him boosting his charge would be OP.
