Ghostface's stealth mode should disable Object of Obsession!
It upsets me that a survivor's perk can cancel Ghost Face's power entirely. Whenever a survivor uses Object of Obsession in a match, he basically turns into an M1 killer.
When Ghost Face uses his Night Shroud, it should disable Object of Obsession. That's my suggestion.

The people who have used Object when I played Ghost Face have been well aware of my presence, and they've made it pretty clear when they teabag and point at me when I'm literally behind a wall

They can still hear your robes, also maybe spine chill?

Survivors can't see your aura with Object if you play a killer with Undetectable status, however, the perk still lights up when the survivor is looking into your direction, so they still know from what direction are you coming even if you play a killer with Undetectable.

This is, more or less, already the case. When you're using Night Shroud, you're Undetectable. This means that they can't see your aura. They will reveal their aura to you while looking in your direction, but your aura won't be revealed to them.
The perk will light up when they do so, but they don't see your actual aura, so you should be able to mindgame normally. It basically works like a pseudo Spine Chill at that point, except you also see where they are.
