I play mostly on PS4, but I honestly don't understand what you mean by nice slideshow.

He is talking about the frame rate when playing killer, it can dip down pretty low at times making it seem like you are watching still frames slowly cycle through.

I saw this complaint yesterday but didn’t experience it either. He’s saying that killer is having frame rate drops in matches.
