Best perks for Demogorgon?
I'd luv to play Demogorgon again without having my skull caved in with pallets then seizing on the ground while being teabagged by the 4 maybe three survivors I have failed to kill in that match. Any build that goes amazing with him?

I like Thrilling Tremors because I usually put my portal close to gens, Save The Best For The Last to reduce the cooldown since his lunge can't be useful in some closed maps, Corrupt Intervetion to gain time putting portals and the other I really don't know but I like: Sloppy butcher, Barbecue and Chilli or Pop

I've been trying surveillance and discordance, I think they work pretty well with his ability if you place portals near the gens.

give me 10 minutes good sir and i will show you the TRUE way to play demo, dont listen to false players for 90% play the BEST killer and only true unbeatable god of late game the WRONG way, but i shall guide you towards the true path of the demo!

Show me the way of the Demogorgon

I like Discordance, Pop, BBQ and STBFL.
STBFL is S++ on him.

Corrupt Intervention for early game portal setup, Whispers/Discordance for tracking, you can also run Bamboozle if you think you don't need more info perks, BBQ and one of his most underrated perks imo, I'm All Ears which allows you to hit more shreds and make better plays around loops.
The good thing about this build is that since you're not using STBFL you can rely more on your shreds than your basic attack and you don't have to worry about m1'ing your obsession either.
Try looping in a way that survivors will end up walking in a straight line so you can hit them with your shred, always wait for survivors to either juke or bottle-neck themselves and only shred a vault when they have started the animation.

Hey. What is STBFL?
I don't know the English names of perk. Sry

Save the Best for Last

The shape perk? Thx!!

Yup, np.
Basically you just always shred if possible on your obsession so that you spend most the game sitting at full 8 stacks. For it not to take a stack you only need to hold shred for a split second, not long at all.

My good sir, today i plan to show you the ultimate path towards true salvation when playing the Demo, the uncrowned king of the basement, the cerberus of the gates of deadbydaylight, and hidden prince of gen grabs.
There is only THREE correct ways of playing the Demo
1.) Uncrowned Basement King
2.) Defender of gates
3.) Ninja doggo
The first path "Uncrowned King" uses the perks:
Make Your Choice-Territorial-Iron Grasp-Agitation
To make this build be at its full power you must let go of any foolish mercy given to survivors of dead by daylight, kindness does NOT exist with the demo, remove it from your system and make the plague of the survivor community scream with rage. All you must do with this build is one thing, one very small thing. Down ONE survivor, ONE thats it. Use the powers of the old king bubba and bring foolish survivors to their demise within the basement aka Demos den. Once they have been brought there place a portal at the ENTRANCE to the basement and then just walk away do what you want, EVENTUALLY someone will come for the poor soul, they always do mwuhahaha AND THAT IS THERE MISTAKE, as soon as they get close you will know with the hidden gem of power Territorial, when triggered use its power to look at their auras while you place a portal instantly at your feet dropping ANYTHING that youre doing idc if youre gonna down someone stop instantly. Then use the power of the king and transport yourself to your den after they unhook the fool. You now can instantly down 2 survivors and place them in the den and due to your hidden abilities you can do the impossible and make the survive with friends fav perk borrowed time nothing but a dead waste of a perk for demos power prevents it from ever happening due to the game not registering you being within its radius of activation in time to save them. From this point onward you snowball to victory with the only potential means of escape being the hatch to which if you truly embrace the no mercy mentality you will SLUG that 3rd fool and either find the hatch if available or stalk your prey to its demise. Congrats YOU WIN.
The second path "Cerberus" uses the perks:
Remember me-Noed- followed by 2 perks of your choice(recommend gen slow perks like pop and thana)
The true beauty of this path lays in the ability to make hatchs just a pathetic last hope thats snuffed from the hearts of survivors and making every gate a true last defense unable to be passed by the unworthy peons daring to cross the gates of hell back to salvation and thus just like Cerberus preventing souls from escaping hell or entering, you prevent all from crossing YOUR gates. The key is to use your portals to the fullest during the end moments of the game. Place 2 portals at both gates if gens are being close to done(2) from there if possible you can try to find the hatch if its down to one survivor or just ignore it if its not possible to be opened and teleport from gate to gate almost instantly using add ons to increase recovery speed and travel speed(you may also place some portals on the gates to hold your power and see the heartbeats of survivors if they attempt to open a gate). One thing to know with this build however is that shred does NOT stack remember me, if you are facing your obsession smack them, move on if need be never get too blood lusted. If done correctly no one can escape the demo outside of keys of salvation. The cowards escape.
The third path "Ninja Doggo" uses the perks:
Ruin-Servaliance-Discordance-Optional
This build is by far the weakest of the three paths but is a fun build to do, use add ons that increase oblivious duration and place portals at all gens that you can(6+), however make sure to place them behind a wall away from the gen out of view or behind some obstacle preventing line of sight but close enough to be able to reach the gens that are being worked on and grab any unsuspecting fool, this creates many jump scares and grabs and can be a fun experience for all if you want to be merciful and not sadistic like a true killer.
Congrats you now know the true paths of the Demogorgon, go forth and make survivors cry

Demogorgon main here. I absolutely love BBQ and Chili on him. It not only can let you know where people are on gens but also if you set up a nice web of portals that are not activated you can see what portal to go to. Discordance is great on Demo as well. He is a great user of Pop Goes The Weasel as you can hook some one and then teleport across the map and use PGTW on the gen most worked on. Demogorgon is also a great user of Hex: Devour Hope because you can use an activated portal to keep tabs on it. Once you get to 3 stacks it gets pretty overwhelming but it is a huge risk. My favorite build right now is Corrupt Intervention/Nurses Calling/Monitor & Abuse/BBQ and Chili. Corrupt helps gives you early game time to set up portals. Nurses is a hidden gem on Demo. You can see people healing while traversing the upside down which can give you great information. Monitor is mainly used to get closer to people before they hear your Terror Radius, can help catch people off guard or even experienced survivors by messing up how far they think you are. I hear Infectious Fright is also a decent choice. Hope that helps!

And to add on, you lose ZERO emblem points in the uncrowned basement path

Dude the first two are just cruel xD
Noed can never be the choice for salvation :p
1 -
Those with mercy can never truly embrace the salvation that is Demo, you must not care about the survivors idea of salvation for their only true path towards it is death by Demos hands in the most unwinnable savage cruel way possible
0 -
Noed is not needed for salvation but helps guide survivors to their demise quicker in the path of Cerberus
0 -
Behold the gracious bringer of salvation as he brings a true end to the entitys' trial without dirten his hands in mud by noed. Those who seek mercy shall be devoured by the face of the uncrowned king, but not by the crutch of the poor.
But nice build ideas btw ^^

I will 100% be trying these out. I have heard of the Basement one but not the other.

I like save the best for last on there, unsure myself about what else is good

in seriousness it can be changed for sbfl but why not just be sadistic? i usually hate noed too, only use it in this build to f with people. You honestly dont need it though for no gates are getting done against demo lol

Save the Best for Last.
This perk combos VERY well with Demo in how you can build stacks for it while being able to keep them. Normally with STBFL dealing with the obsession is a gamble. You down them, you lose stacks and thus power. Don't down them, and they get annoying or can cost you the game. But thanks to Shred, you are able to attack the obsession freely without fear losing STBFL power.
Surge.
This is to combo with STBFL. As you build up STBFL stacks, your M1 potential makes you very lethal. Odds are you will be close enough to gens to have Surge pop them allowing you to both pressure people off of gens and degrade them at once.
Surveillance.
Combos with Surge and your tunnel network. This perk triggered by Surge will NEVER remove the white aura from a gen till a Survivor touches it. Useful for knowing where to put pressure and supports your ability to tunnel around the map at will. Not that good till late game, but once you have a tunnel network placed you will be a threat anywhere at any time. Just don't put your tunnels directly on top of gens. Place your tunnels in tiles next to gens or on the path towards loops from the gen. The idea is to keep people guessing where you are till the last moment while also blocking off their ideal escape paths.
That's my 3 main perks for Demogorgon. A bit heavy on teachable perks needing something from the Pig and Shape but it simply works. Early game is going to be kinda meh, but by mid/late game you should be a screaming powerhouse. Quick to down, can be anywhere, able to keep people guessing, and still has an open perk slot for anything else you may need.

I like using Devour hope activate a portal near it and keep an eye on it till i get my stacks and then kill them all. I don't enjoy playing demogorgon most of the time so when i do I like to try to have fun playing him.

Here's how I've been playing Demogorgon. It's not the most effective way, but I have fun with it:
BBQ and Chili: Probably one of my favorite perks in the game. The aura reading can tell you where to teleport next, meaning that you can surprise Survivors by suddenly appearing in their path. Also, 100% extra BP is always a great thing.
Pop Goes The Weasel: Overall a great perk. If you know a gen is being worked on or is close to completion, you can just teleport as close as you can to it and then smack it without fear of it being finished before you can use PGTW.
Dying Light: This was my “whatever I want” perk slot. I just think Dying Light’s a really cool perk. It’s really fun to walk around with a good amount of stacks and feel like you’re unstoppable. You can replace this with whatever you want. If you use a Hex perk, then you can defend it pretty well by placing a portal near it. Make sure to activate it (aura will be yellow). An inactive portal (aura will be gray) will not track Survivors.
Save the Best for Last/Corrupt Intervention: This is if you want to become a god in chases or have more time to set up your portals (or you can have both if you put one in the “whatever you want” slot).
Corrupt blocks off three gens for two minutes, meaning that you can run around the map and place your portals early without fear of losing a lot of gens before you can finish setting up.
You can have the maximum stacks of STBFL for the entire game if you use your Shred on the Obsession as many times as you can. It doesn’t count as a basic attack, so you don’t lose stacks from hitting the Obsession with it. I’d recommend getting at least four or five stacks before starting to attack the Obsession in case they DC or kill themselves early. If the Obsession DCs early on, then you can just tunnel a Survivor in hopes that they have Decisive Strike, which will allow you to get more stacks. If you use the perk to its full potential, you can have a 40% basic attack cooldown on every non-obsession Survivor for the entire game. How cool is that?
Other good perks for Demogorgon include:
Make Your Choice, Surveillance, and Discordance: You can teleport to the gen or hook when one of these perks activates.
Basement perks (Territorial Imperative, Mad Grit, Iron Grasp, Agitation): You hook a Survivor in the basement. You place a portal near the entrance to the basement. Teleport there when another Survivor goes for the save.

I like Nurses Calling, BBQ, Enduring, and Devour Hope. DH is my go to Hex, at least on killers that don't have an easy instadown. Nurses Calling is good all around, BBQ can be used really well with his portals, and Enduring can let you challenge pallets with Shred even more.
