Resident evil dlc?
I would love to see a Resident evil dlc for dead by daylight adding Jill,Chris or Barry and Rebecca or leon just by himself nemesis or some other from of tyrant, what should be there perks and the killer power?

Nothing against rebecca, she cute. But if they make a RE chapter and don't add Jill, I riot.

RESI 1- Jill and Tyrant (no, I don't care about chris when we can have the master of unlocking)
RESI 2- Claire or Leon would be good. Forgot the name of the doctor guy...
RESI 3- do I even need to say it?
RESI 4- Leon and... no killer. No monster that fits the dbd criteria is memorable enough. Besides chainsaw guy(I think his name was Salvador?)... but we have too many of those)
RESI 5- Chris (he punches rocks now XD) and Wesker.
RESI revelations 2- Claire or Moira. No monsters again.
RESI 0 - Rebecca...because who cares about billy? And the leech monster. He was cool.
I didn't forget the other titles, I just didn't play them.
But let's be real here. No killer from Resi would be a better choice than bloody Nemesis. And who dealt with nemesis? That's right! Alice from the movies... 🤣🤣🤣
Ok but seriously... it has to be either Jill or Leon. No other choice beats those 2

It won't happen, Resident Evil is coming out with their own version of dbd.

No they aren't. Resident Evil Resistance is no longer going to be sold as a separate game. It's being included with Resident Evil 3 as the multiplayer mode. The beta must have not been popular enough for Capcom to change course.
So a crossover with DBD is still possible.

Small possibility. Once the game gets sold to the masses, it may gain popularity and grow. I hope it does and I hope Behavior never gets it. More competition is good, Behavior needs a fire to be lit under their butts to make the work better.

And yet again, here I am supporting a RE dlc. This would be a massive grab for DBD, almost as big as the Stranger Things chapter because of how insanely huge RE is as a gaming staple.
These are my preferred characters but I'd be happy for anything RE.
Survivor: Jill
Killer: Nemesis
Power: Main ability is wall smash, secondary ability, tendril grab and pull.

Competition is good but I doubt RE: Resistance will get big enough to threaten DBD. The fact that it will cost $60 USD to access it is going to hold it back. DBD being so cheap has helped it gain new players. Plus they haven't made that many changes from the beta. Capcom's main marketing focus is on the campaign. They barely talk about Resistance.

i would like to see my Favourite horror game into a other "horror game" i enjoy playing that's all and i think a tyrant would maybe add a lot in game being a scary tanking monster that hunt you down no matter what so yeah but nice to see what people think and stuff

it's not about it re: resistance being a threat. Just like to see Nemesis and the re characters in other game i love playing.

Coming free with a main series game will give it a much bigger install base than it would have gotten alone. I don't know if it will rival Dead by daylight or not, but its chances of doing so are much higher because of that.

Capcom would't share that property with bhvr it has a big name and brand that should avoid tainting it.

Capcom is super easy going with crossovers. More than any other video game company. They even did a RE crossover with another indie hit: PUBG. Yes PUBG of all things.

PUBG is a bug-ridden mess. Just like DBD. Their launch on Xbox One was a clusterf***k of epic proportions.

I also personally feel the exact same way. Capcom's big main focus is on the campaign(as it should imo) and PR has been pushed back in marketing quite a bit because of just how negative the initial reaction was. Even now, I still see lots of people go " oh yeah, I don't care about this" or "wait, this is a thing?"

I understand people thinking RE: Resistance isn't going to be a threat to DBD because of the hefty pricetag to buy the RE3 remake. However, Capcom didn't get to where they are by being stupid. They will offer Resistance as a standalone game at a significantly lower price in the not too distant future. That could end up causing nightmares for BHVR and DBD. As a long time RE fan I am sincerely hoping Resistance is fantastic. I would drop DBD for a good Resident Evil version of asymmetrical horror in a heartbeat.

Then, at least to me, it would be a brilliant marketing choice for them to crossover with DBD then be like "Oh, you like this then come try Resistance! Wait, you just want Resistance and not the full game because of the 60 dollar price tag, well you're in luck because it's now a stand alone product!" Also, as much as I hate to say this but other RE multiplayer projects haven't been... great, to say the least. I do hope for the best with Resistance because it did look like lots of fun. One thing that does scare me though is it seems like extremely little has changed from the beta.

Resident Evil would never soil it's good name by appearing in this spaghetti code infested game. Don't think other game developers don't see how BHVR have turned themselves into a meme; and not in a good way.

i think hunk form re would fit much better in dbd then any other character because of his uncanny ability to escape death in any situation aka the grim reaper or mr death as he nicknamed, he would be a cool addition to the game!

I think Hunk would be great but his entire gimmick, like you said, is avoiding and escaping dangerous situations. I don't think the Entity would be able to grab him. xD
