Matchmaking is killing the game for me
I can't play the game for fun anymore. 4 out of every 5 games I play are filled with red ranks. I've never been past rank 12 and can't get a lobby around my rank.

It's been like this for quite some time. Too many people playing survivors, nobody wants to get stressed out playing killer.
My suggestion is to play survivors for now, spend the bloodpoints on killer, get some perks then go back playing killer.

I was only playing doctor for a daily. I have all my perks and stuff on huntress and hag (my mains) but it doesn't help when I go against nothing but red ranks. I just want to enjoy the game but I can't.

I'm around rank 10-12 on killer (I forgot, I don't really pay attention) and get regularly paired up against ranks 5s or around that. I used to hate it, now I enjoy it because it helps me get better. But yeah it's a bit bullshit to not get matched with people closer to your actual rank. But I rather get near instant lobbies against higher ranked survivors than waiting forever as it used to be to get paired with survivors of the same rank as me.

Just today I was playing as killer at rank 15, and got a lobby with the following ranks in it: 4,6,7,6. not even close to being within a range to a good match. it was a GREAT MATCH! i ended up getting a 3K because I made sure of 2 and got the last with noed (going for 10 kills tome challenge) I brought an ebony mori and then my next match was better but still many players were much higher than they should have been. the match making was more reliable before they tried to make it match to the lowest rank in the group, first it caused match making to default to the highest ranks for the other side and now they corrected that supposedly and now I think it's set to not caring about rank as they do on the ptb. There needs to be something done here.
