Luckiest for me unluckiest for killer i spawned on the hex: ruin on haddonfield so i just sacrificed my one hookstage for that.... i felt bad

And? you hold down shift and run into the hallway without even looking around the corner first.
If you wanna be stealthy, you can do that easily. I manage it too

You really expect to see the Killer literally coming down the first hallway you check, five seconds into the game?
Keep in mind that a Dwight spawned next to me - the Killer basically spawned right next to two Survivors.
How is it my fault that the Killer was right there as soon as I walked out of the exit zone?0
