    Currently using:

Whispers-->In general, a great tracking Perk, but with Static Blast an even better Tracking Tool. Whispers is on-->Static Blast-->Instant into Chase.

    BBQ--->I need BPs...

PGTW-->Currently not sure if I want that or not. Other options would be STBFL or Enduring for me.

Brutal Strength-->I like that Perk on Doctor, because people tend to drop Pallets quite early, so it helps to get rid of them.

Also, when using the Reverse Skillcheck Add On, I have seen that Overcharge can be really good, but could have been some lucky shots I had with my games.

Sneaky Doc, both Calm addons, Monitor & Abuse, A Nurses Calling and for example Corrupt Intervention, Pop goes the Weasel.

    Scary 👻

Apart from static blast giving you information, anything you'd bring on a normal M1 killer works on him. Whispers just makes sure you never waste static blast.

I've been running Distressing/Make Your Choice/Dark Devotion/Devour Hope. The Make Your Choice person has a very hard time hiding from Doctor. Especially if you manage to proc Dark Devotion at the same time.

I use this build minus Whispers and add STBF. Works amazingly for my playstyle.

haunted grounds is great, now that you can use static blast to make them scream on command right after it activates.

Just using the impossible skillcheck doc with ruin, surveillance, unnerving and distressing with the skillcheck addon and the faster tiering up one. I'd use lullaby but that is just a joke

Depends on what type of build you want to run. If you want to make it difficult to do generators use the following combination.

Unnerving Presence + Distressing + Huntress Lullaby/Overcharge/Pop Goes the Weasel. Increases your terror radius and triggers more skill checks. Huntress will make checks silent and other two will reset progress. You still will get tons of detection information.

For a detection build use Barbecue and Chili + Whispers + Monitor and Abuse + a Generator stopping perk. You will know where everyone is and be able to position yourself well.

If you want an Exposed build run Barbecue and Chili + Haunted Ground + Make Your Choice + Iron Maiden. People will use lockers to hide from your power and become exposed. You already get enough detection info. Only con is no generator stopping perks.

Any perk that works with TR is affected by Dark Devotion's TR. Check Otzdarva's video for details.

But yeah, in the hands of someone who knows how to use it, this is fun and evil >:D

I might presitge my doc so I'm not collecting anymore perks and will just stock up on bloodpoints

    1. Sloppy Butcher/Frankins Demise - Put survivors in T3. Once they snap of it they're either waste time healing or wonder around looking for their items.
    2. BBQ/whisper - Tracking and Bloodpoints
    3. Overcharge/PGTW - Slow gens
    4. Devour/Brutal/Enduring/Bamboozle - Something to use in a chase or I if want a challenge I'll run devour.

As far as addons go I always run restraint for extra tracking. I also like dicsipline for the fake red stain for mindgames.

    I run,

Overcharge: deals with pesky gens and helps locate them when they miss it, which is a surprising amount.

Coulrophobia: to reduce healing in my giant terror radius

Unnerving pressence: increase the chance for skill checks while they're healing and making overcharge harder to hit

Distressing: obviously works well with everything in this kit.

Then I'll usually run both red rooks on the perks if I'm gunning for a 4k.

This build slows the game down a lot in the mid game, is very easy to find survivors with thanks to my rooks, and easy to end chases as well. Very tough and annoying to deal with.

  • I had absolutely no clue his power worked with DD. Gotta check that out.
