skip ahead to 6:30 the beginning is about monetization and that is not what this post is about.
now before you point them out, YES they said they MIGHT look at DS and how it can be abused AND they will be LOOKING INTO toolboxes, but still base gen repair speed is a problem even without toolboxes, and unless they nerf toolboxes to literally nothing, toolboxes will still speed up gen repairs, just not as fast as they currently do.
the devs saying that "just let the outer gens go on maps like temple of purgation" so basically, start the game with a handicap, and the survivors having a head start on their objective..... if that is not survivor bias talk I don't know what is.
their excuses for not changing stuff like hex ruin into a non hex perk is STUPID, their reason is because "its a hag perk and all her perks are hexes" why should that be a good enough reason to not balance this perk to be in a better slot? makes no sense at all
devs are survivor biased and they have been showing it a lot more lately

Feel free to go protect 2 corner gens on the opposite end of the map instead of the potential 3 gen in the middle of the map. Just don't be surprised when you lose.

Guess you missed where they said they wanted to add something else that would be more interesting then staring at a gen. They clearly see gens are going to fast, and want to find something to make games last longer. Something other than increasing base gen times.

It's true, DEVs love only survivors and hate all killer-mains with all their heart. You want to know why? Because you complain, whine, moan, demand and create too much negativity in this community. Just reading all the thread titles in this forum on the first page is already annoying. 80% of them are killer complains.

All they really said was possibly making totems into something close to a second objective. But that a full fledged second objective would likely never come to dbd.
Actions speak louder then their words, so until I actually see something I'm not gonna believe them saying the same thing over and over again when they said stuff before they would do and never did it.
They already said in the past over a year ago, of possible second objectives and nothing ever came out of it.

I stopped watching when I saw the intro, I can't take that guy seriously, even tyde time does better videos and doesnt shill his videos on the forums every damn time he finds a chance.

You may want to play 1.0 and then decide if they really dont have any actions which can justify that they are not survivor-biased.

I guess you miss understood what they said, they said if anything to encourage a little bit more to do the side objectives in the game as survivors, which is searching chests and cleansing totems. all I get from that is they will just increase the BP you get from doing that stuff

Don't missunderstand me, insta-heals needed a change, as MoM did, but let's suppose they are survivor biased then answer me this, please. Why would they care about killers fun? If they were survivor biased, pallet vacuum, vault vaccuum, old DS would, old BNP would still be a thing, because being biased means they don't care about the other side. So before telling me "they were broken" think about this. Who cares about a broken mechanic/ perk if the people who complain about is not the people I care about? If they were biased, when everyone was complaining about MoM that guarantee free hits, the devs would say to them "git gud" and they didn't.

We should start posting that the devs are killer biased because they mentioned reading the forums about DS. I mean, you've seen the amount of posts by the same handful of people about it.

because without killers, survivors have no one to bully/play the game, the game needs killers to have games, so make is THE BEAR MINIMUM playable for killers and that is it. but here is the difference between insta heals and ruin
insta heals had no counterplay and where completely OP, and was an item you brought ontop of your 4 perks
ruin could be cleansed, had the killer be down a perk, had counterplay. AND it was a bandaid for bad balance/map design until the developers fix their maps at a rate of 1 per year

Giving the survivors some generators early if you're a setup killer (Trapper, Hag, Demogorgon) can be quite beneficial, as it allows you to setup/trap the crap out of the final generators - leading to an easy 4K.

By nerfing Ruin the devs have implied that they don't think optimal survivors are a balance issue (which of course it is).
