New Demon Dash overpowered
Yes the turning was weak before, but unless every Oni I'm facing now is using purple add-ons (don't stick around to find out), I don't understand how the new turning and movement speeds ever passed PTB. Do the devs listen to people who play both killer and survivor? Can't just listen to one side...

You say this yet at the same time released Hex: Ruin rework without giving Killers something in return and ignoring why 80% of Killers even used Hex: Ruin in the first place.

Please try to stay on topic. I did not create this thread to discuss Ruin.

From what I see now, devs only listen the survivor side mainly so... Your last line answered you.

Oni is fine the way he currently is. If anything he needs a buff.
1) The Oni needs to hit 2 healthy survivors and absorb blood to use his power.
1a) Longer in the game there will be more blood piles for easier recovery but this is just his play style.
2) It doesn't even last long.
3) He was so easy to 360 and out play before. I think him having a better turn angle actually makes his power more threatening and fun to go against?
If you can't outrun an oni then go hide in a locker until his power runs out... there are LOUD noise notifications to let you know anyway ¬_¬

I am on topic, neighbour. You said the devs should listen to both sides, I gave you the most recent and memorable example that they indeed don't. :P

His tracking ability? What happens late game when theres blood everywhere? his tracking is pointless.
his lunge is easy to dodge hint why they changed it. I mean why should a killer struggle hitting you when they have gotten close to you? Why is 360ing an oni even a mechanic.
Why don't you actually play oni and see how hard it is to 4k against a good team instead of just complaining as surv.

And something tells me good Oni players were good Hillbilly killers in the first place, since their powers are similar-ish enough. Probably why I do terrible at Oni, I'm not a fan of Hillbilly so I never learned to play him.

thing is i'm a terrible hillbilly as I don't play him, yet I do well with Oni because his run is easier to control. But against good survs they easily dodge his running M1. And I mean if you're in a position where he can hit you with a normal M1 then quite frankly he deserves the down.

Then dont make threads complaining if logical points bother you

And another example devs prefer survivors main is the crippled Nurse we have now...

what more wonderfull suggestions do you have?

The PTB is not a true test bed for anything. it is a last chance for the devs to note issues they haven't seen and fix things for themselves. feedback sometimes factors in on this but it seems generally not. I don't go to the PTB without having a group of friends with me to play kill your friends and we do that just to get used to the new killer and survivor and the new updates nothing more. beyond that our opininon has never mattered and that is honestly how I feel about this. Honestly the only opinion most devs seem to take in this company is that of the very prolific rank 1's-4's that have a public following. and that is still an iffy thing if they take it or not.
DEVS: please note I do not hate you guys, I am just very disenchanted with the lackluster communications when honest feedback is given and nothing ever happens along with reporting issues that your UI says to report and being told you should not waste our time with a report as it's taken care of on he backend yet nothing is ever done about it.

Reposting in this. Pretty tired of Oni having a Moonshine-esque ability without any add-ons. Please make him require some level of skill again.

Oni is fine as he is, he is no OP in any way; there’s plenty of other stuff that needs fixing, like maps, nurse, clown, etc.
