Rift question

hi :)

i can't find anywhere if can do the rift for free (the 70 levels ) and then by the pass.

So i don't know if i can reach so far this time and i would like to try finisch the rift. then maybe buy the rift if i see the end of it :D

i think i saw it once in a stream, but can't remember if i maybe dreamed it. thx :)
