Can someone help me with ghostface
I was looping him and staring at him for 15 seconds,and hes exposed effect still did not disappered.
Also, the exposed effect didnt had a timer on it,i just didnt know what to do get rid of the exposed effect.
He had the following as addons:
So can anyone help me understand what i was doing wrong?

You didn't really do anything wrong in this scenario. If you were looking at GhostFace with your body facing him than he should've been broken out of NightShroud within a few seconds like normal.
Sometimes NightShroud can get kind of buggy and specific with how you break GhostFace out of it, in this case, if you were looking right at him WHILE your body was facing him than it should've broken him out of it.
Those add-ons just make it easier to put your into the exposed status effect or "mark you" and recover his power a lot faster. Chewed Pen recovers the power at a quicker rate and Night Vision Monocular Considerably reduces the Stalk time when not leaning from cover, so it's faster to stalk you while not leaning from cover than it is to lean from cover with this add-on.

Try reporting this to the Bug-Report sub-forum under Killers and GhostFace so more reports about his detection range is reported.
Note, if your character was looking at GhostFace but not facing him than it's a lot more finicky with detecting him out of NightShroud, so if you didn't do this than that's the issue here. You just need to face his direction while looking at him to break him out of NightShroud, you can even do this while behind a tree or rock.
