I don't have the clown yet but I plan on everntually getting him thru shards. Will I have the rift cosmetics when I unlock him (espeically if it's closed by then)? Or any other charcater I've earned cosmetics for but I don't yet own?

    True.. But I already have all characters, so maybe someone else who already unlocked stuff on characters they didn't have yet can confirm? (but logically, they should be tied to your account..)
