Perk wheels will be your savior
Whenever I have a bad day of playing dbd just use a perk wheel, whether it be killer or survivor. Most of the time you get perks that aren’t exactly great, therefore you know you won’t be able to perform as well as you would with meta perks. This means you won’t care about winning as much as you usually would, or at least that’s my train of thought. I’ve found that it really helps make you feel less stressed and more fun like the game dbd is suppose to be. So please if you’re feeling frustrated and still want to play they will be a better outlet than behavior that you might not be proud of.

Whenever you feel bad, don't try to be good. 10/10 advice

I get bored playing with the same perks every game. I typically switch up my builds normally, but perk wheels are my go-to when I want to think on the fly and use whatever it gives me.
The games I use No Mither and Wake Up! together, because the wheel willed it, make me want to live to the end so I can use all my perks. It makes the game feel a lot different 😁

I think you misinterpreted what I said

Probably yes, can you break it down for me?

This is a pretty good idea. I usually run the same perks on every survivor and killer, more out of habit now since they're helpful for me, but I feel like I'm relying on them far too much. I'll give this idea a try. May prove to be a fun time!

Similar to Otz's advice for Dark Souls 3 PvP. Be in control. Lose on your own terms.

Yeah that was very funny

I just have a unique build of perks per survivor/killer (as far as that is possible)
