Question about the current rift schedule...
I'm sure I saw ti somewhere. I checked in news and patch notes, but couldn't find the release dates for the rift "parts". Currently, part II of the current rift is locked. When is it scheduled to be unlocked?

Here you go mate.
- Level l: January 22nd 11AM ET
- Level ll: February 4th
- Level lll: February 18th
- Level lV: March 10th
Every new Tome always has a news post in the main menu for the upcoming levels, they're of course subject to change if something comes up, but these are the scheduled times if everything goes according to plan.
Use this image next time someone asks for the levels, it's in the news section in the main menu for every new Tome that comes out, so there you go Mr. D W E E T ! ❤️

There are not confirmed dates for the next levels of Tome II. At least, none that I've seen.
