Lerrys balance changes. Nerfing windows/buffing pallets? What's the point?
On the hotfix notes there's a bit right in the beginning about the balance on Lerrys.
Technically they are nerfing some windows and buffing the pallets.
Can someone please explain it to me how isn't that just shifting the problem around?
You're nerfing the windows cause they are to strong, but at the same time you're buffing the pallets.... Thus making the tile retain the same amount of power.
I know they rarely touch anything survivors related without given something in return, and that they are really hell bent in making every map strong for survivors (the worst offender left being Hawkins and The Game)
So, could someone please explain these changes?

Fair enough.

Which is countered by me throwing myself by lunging to the pallet
But this pretty much means break the pallet

I didn't ask how to deal with pallets, good lord these entitled pricks.
I asked what's the point of nerfing something while at the same given its strength to something else...
I'm fine with Hector Brando's answer.

If you played Survivor on Lery’s, you’ll know that a few pallets in some of the rooms are really, really unsafe. They also contain a window too to balance it out. I guess what I’m trying to say is what everyone else said: pallets can be broken while windows cannot.
Overall though, Lery’s is one of the most difficult maps in the game to play on as both roles. It’s very dark, nearly impossible to memorize, and the loops are small but powerful if used correctly by both roles.
