Perk Idea: Stay Out of Trouble
Every time you drop a pallet during a chase, Stay Out of Trouble gains a token, up to a maximum of 3 tokens. For each token, move 2/2.5/3% faster than your average movement speed. Stay Out of Trouble loses all tokens when you start repairing a generator, or deactivates if all generators are completed.
This is subject to change due to balancing. Check the date of responses to see if they are accurate.

I don't think it has what it takes, sorry. No one would run it.
Hiding scratch marks and blood pools sounds strong, but you will de facto never survive over 2 mins in a chase without getting hit a single time. Or the killer is very bad, in which case - the effect becomes irrelevant becomes the game is already hugely in the survivor team's favour at this point.
