5 reasons why the hillbilly is one of the most balanced killers in dbd
- he has the charge an insta down ( 2.5 ) seconds
- he requires addons to preform extremely good
- his stun time is very long, giving survivors time to run
- skill is required to chainsaw against ( good ) survivors
- he can still be LOOPED
enough said if you still think he needs a nerf I think you just need to
git gud.

The game won't be balanced until brand new survivors can take on rank 1 killers.
At least that's what it's looking like they want to do.

How so?

I just want his insta saw gone.

It’s very easy to avoid his chainsaw, an good survivor will only ever go down when there is a dead zone

They are nerfing killers in the top of the tier list, and they are taking perks designed to stop the 3 gens in 1st minute of game away without dealing with huge survivor issues.
Honestly, despite all of the issues in the game currently, if they just hit SWF and made it not a ######### NIGHTMARE to play against I would be ok with all the changes as of late. But they haven't. Still haven't. It's been Y E A R S and they are like 98% strong as they were the day it released after a bunch of review bombing.

If we are talking about addonless Hillbilly, sure.
But Tuning Guide (way too strong for a green Add On on a Killer like Hillbilly), Insta-Saw and Cooldown Add Ons (missed Chainsaw Attacks not having a real penalty) is what should be looked at.

There really needs to be an option to disable swf pairing or give extra bp for going against a swf

Hmm is that why they buffed Doc and didn't nerf CI?

Good Billy mains will most likely hit you and insta saw takes the skill out of his power. I don't care about the crap M1 Billy's.

But with instasaw, even on strong loops you can get easily ######### by his chainsaw.

I'd like to point out they didn't change Doc because he was weak or needed new tools.
He was changed because survivors didn't have fun against him.
This is a big distinction because while he was SLIGHTLY buffed (the no switching stances is about the only real tangibe buff) he was mostly changed to make survivors have a less frustrating time against him. Nothing was done to make playing him any better except for the stances.

Static blast is great with TT though...

CI is a perk that gets disabled after 2 minutes. The only difference between it and Ruin is you actually get the full 2 minutes out of CI.
Why do you have to sacrifice 1/4 of your perks to get a fair start of the game while survivors get 16 perks and only a few can even be disabled?
Also CI won't stop them from blazing through gens at lightning fast speeds, it just stops them from doing it on certain gens.

CI gives the setup time certain killers need though...isn't that the only reason ruin was "required"?
0 -
because the hillbilly can only count to 5?
0 -
Yes, you're right. But Ruin affected all gens and actually SLOWED the progress at which gens could be completed. CI doesn't do that, it just stops 3 gens from getting worked on and nothing else. It can help with set-up but it won't stop them from ending the game in 5 minutes anyways.

Easier or not dies not mean people enjoy it. Most issues regarding Billy is this Addon Set Combo. He's actually pretty far from balanced anyways because it means if Billy is balanced every other Killer is imbalanced heavily. If he was truely balanced like you said he would be in the middle of all killers. Yet he's considered an extremely powerful killer, because he is inherently broken.
Sad part is when you realize on a few killers can actually benefit from CI anyways.

If people could choose to not be matched against a swf then swf would never get a game. That's 4 customers DBD could be losing over 1. 4 times as many people to buy their crap cosmetics. They arent going to upset their majority.
As for billy, I suck against him but that's does not mean he is OP. I admit I need improvement against billy instead of whining to the devs to nerf him. THAT right there is what we need more of in this community. People admitting their mistakes and striving to improve instead of the devs lowering the bar.
