$10 For Every New Outfit Is Steep
Would it be possible to get a deal in game for outfits? you guys come out with 2-3 cool outfits at a time sometimes and they're always $10 each, thats like an entire new game I can buy. I love the outfits but I am not going to pull 30-50 bucks out of my bank every month for outfits. Can the devs be a little more economical and reasonable toward the community. This is why I only run bloody prestige clothes and occasionally I'll buy parts of outfits. I don't mind spending 10-20 bucks on dlc if it gets me more than 1 set of clothes.. I know that we occasionally get store sales, but im talking package deals. I also am a little disappointed that all the year of the rat clothing has to be paid for. No one really uses charms anyway some of them get you caught too because they're bright (year of the rat coin, pustula pedal). But that's another story, anyway I just feel like 10 dollars for a single outfit when you keep coming out with 3 every other week lately is a bit steep. I noticed over the last year you guys have been pumping out way way more stuff too.

Vote with your wallet. They price them as they do because it is what the market is currently willing to pay. If people stopped purchasing at that price, they'd lower it.
Don't blame the devs, it's the players fault.

There are discounts from time to time
You can buy plenty of them by shards
It is a way to support your favorite game
Also: Buy the rift pass and get skins and auric cells of a higher value.
DBD rewards loyality.

They're pretty cheap considering what other games are charging for their cosmetics these days. And as said above, wait for a sale or don't buy them.

I also do rift pass which is another 10 bucks lmao this game is expensive considering the 5-10 minute ps4 wait times and constant errors. the auric cells you get from the pass you cant even use or else you have to spend another 10 bucks come next tome.

No one forces u to play and buy.
U get a lot for free or just playing in DBD. I dont know any other game who does this.

I'm fine with it but they need to start coming out with more rare (green) outfits. Having almost every outfit in the store of purple rarity just looks super messy and not even at all. Not every outfit needs to be a purple. I can't even remember the last green outfit that came to the store but I wanna say it was Jane's weekend maker outfit, which came out in I think May or June so it's been at least like 7 months. That's ridiculous.

even free games like fortnite give you more free things than this game. I've been playing and buying for 3 years but im just saying ive put alot of money in to this game, when i see alot of games of the same graphic quality giving dlc outfits for 1-2 dollars

When most of the chapters can be purchased through game time they need some way to make money. It seems reasonable to me.
Most the cosmetics can even be purchased through game time as well.

It's extremely expensive and adds up. They also offer no discounts on stuff you already own either. I hope in the future they can be more reasonable on this. Lot of games, including steam, that offer bundles, if you own a part of it, they deduct a portion from the other parts of the bundle etc which makes it reasonable. I.E. You buy a bundle of games, you already own one of the games inside that bundle, they remove that portion off the total price and you buy the bundle with the price of the other games.
I hope they consider this in the future.

That's 4 years worth of content...of course it's going to be a lot. Any game on the market is gonna charge you a lot for 4 years worth of its content, that isn't new.
I think a good chunk of the community does buy them with shards. There will always be some that would rather spend money though.

I play survivor more, about 80% of my matches, if not more. I just feel bad for the killers and got the sense that there are more biased survivors than there are biased killers. I feel that Killers tend to play both roles more than Survivors do.

Just don’t spend on cosmetics, use your shards instead. I’ve been playing for over 3 years and I’ve spent no more than $20 on this game.

Fortnite skins are 20$
but if you have save the world skins or emotes are kinda free. Due to earn v bucks.
DBD skin are jus 10$
without earn cells

i never said their purchaseable skins were cheaper, I personally don't like fortnite I'm not defending my example but you certainly get more free stuff especially for holiday related times of the year. and its a free game

Most Fortnite skins are 10-15. Very few are 20. In fact the the uncommon, rare, and epic skins outnumber the legendary by a large margin.
