Slowing the Game Down
What I'm going to suggest isn't going to be widely accepted, but everyone can agree that Swf is plainly not fun to play against. Gens fly by and you barely get a chance to get a few hooks before the exit gates are powered if you don't use a "viable" killer. What I suggest is to implemented with or without swf and gives the killer a bit more time to get another hook or two.
Basically, after each Gen is completed (Except for the last one), all generators are blocked and the killer gets a small speed boost (2-3%) for 20s. I don't know about blocking the exit gates, but this prevents generators from being popped back to back and doesn't require extra time on gens. It also promotes totem hunting during the time between gens, but at the same time, Ruin would help drastically in this time as no generators can be worked on.
This isn't the greatest idea, but Spitballing is the beginning to finding a better solution.

I don't think gens should be blocked. If people want to ignore totems that's fine, there's perks for that. I do think some way to slow down repair time directly proportional to how fast all five are being completed would help. Also I've suggested insanely hard skill checks if repairs happen insanely fast.
Could add another objective. Maybe some generators need gas before being powered on. Could be random, could be based on repair speed or something else. But having to go look for gas cans (Bill would be familiar with that) would be a nice added objective.

An unhooked survivor should also get a speed boost upon being saved then.
Not a fan of a camper getting a free 20s once a gen pops though...if a second gen pops after that first block, that’s 40 seconds of unpunished camp time. No way....and you can’t say that survivors should not finish gens while someone is hooked..that would be silly. Hook timer has to stall for the duration of the gens being blocked. This would mean that even if the killer isn’t camping, hook timers would stop. No other way around it. Are you also suggesting Ruin would regress gens as they are blocked?! If so, absolutely not. That’s a big reward to the killer for losing a gen. Nothing like actually chasing a survivor off it.
