Piggy build?

I'll give you what I use AFTER the Ruin change, since you only want a build this shouldn't be... too long... (epic forshadowing!!!)
What I use on The Pig now is either Corrupt Intervention, Pop Goes the Weasel, Brutal Strength, and BBQ & Chili OR Ruin, Surveillance, BBQ & Chili, and Brutal Strength/Save the Best for Last.
I'll categorize each build in its own sub-section below and "keep it short", since I don't really need to go in-depth on how these perks work, but I will give a small description with the normal description to give you an idea on why I use these builds.
Build #1 - The Pigs anti-gen build
As said above, this build is Corrupt Intervention, Pop Goes the Weasel, Brutal Strength, and BBQ & Chili.
- Corrupt Intervention - The Plagues Perk [In-game description] (3 Generators located farthest from you are blocked by The Entity for 80/100/120 seconds at the start of the Trial. Survivors cannot repair the Generators for the duration Corrupt Intervention is active.) [My thoughts] (It's a good perk to use as an alternative to Ruin, since some players don't like New Ruin and use Corrupt Intervention instead as a substitute, along with Pop. Personally, I use it because it's an alternative version of Ruin that lets me use Pop, since Pop doesn't work on new Ruin now. So, if you want to focus on a Anti-Gen build than this would be the perk to go with.)
- Pop Goes the Weasel - The Clowns Perk [In-game description] (After hooking a Survivor, the next Generators you break is instantly regressed by 25% of its total progression. Normal Generator Regression applies after the damage is done. Pop Goes the Weasel is active for 40/50/60 seconds after the Survivor is hooked.) [My thoughts] (Great perk to combo with Corrupt Intervention, this perk was mostly used with Old Ruin since it would apply that 25% to progress and still synergize with Ruin, but now just replace Ruin with Corrupt Intervention and it's still a good combo to have. Definitely a perk you need for a Anti-Gen build.)
- Brutal Strength - The Trappers Perk [In-game description] (Destroy dropped Pallets and damage Generators 10/15/20% faster.) [My thoughts] (This perk is great for every M1 Killer, it synergizes with the pre-existing perks above AND it helps get rid of a lot of Pallets in and out of chases, whats not to love? It's a perk that every M1 Killer with an Anti-Gen build should use, especially when Pop is involved.)
- BBQ & Chili - The Cannibals Perk [In-game description] (After hooking a Survivor, all other Survivors' Auras are revealed to you for 4 seconds when they are farther than 40 metres from the Hook. Each time a Survivor is hooked for the first time, gain a 25% stack-able bonus to all Bloodpoint gains up to a maximum of 50/75/100%. The bonus Bloodpoints are only awarded post-Trial.) [My thoughts] (This perk doesn't really need a description for why you use it, it's mostly just to have that Aura reading to know who to chase next outside of the 40 meter Radius and check if anyone is nearby who didn't show up in the Aura reading. The Post-Game BPs is also a bonus, so that's why this perks pretty meta in-game for one way or another.)
build #2 - The pigs tracking build
This build focuses on passive anti-gen repairs and also tracking said Generators with Surveillance. As said above, this build is Ruin, Surveillance, BBQ & Chili, and Brutal Strength/Save the Best for Last.
- Hex: Ruin - The Hags Perk [In-game description] (Whenever a Generator is not being repaired by a Survivor, it will immediately and automatically regress its Repair progress at 100/150/200 % of the normal Regression speed. Hex: Ruin affects all Generators.) [My thought] (Great perk for a passive anti-gen build, but where it really shines is the added bonus that Surveillance gives when you use that perk WITH New Ruin. It's great for tracking which Generators are being worked on again and which Generators are still regressing.)
- Surveillance - The Pigs Perk [In-game description] (All regressing Generators will be highlighted by a white Aura. Once regression ends, Generators will be highlighted by a Yellow Aura for 8/12/16 seconds. Noises created by Generator Repairs are audible at an additional 8 meters. [My thoughts] (On it's own it's more suited to be paired with the Anti-Gen build above, but with Ruin it's essential for this tracking build. Since Ruin breaks any Generators that stop gaining repairs, the perk applies itself to said Generator and alerts you to any Generators that're still regressing with its White aura and any Generators that just started gaining repairs again with it's Yellow Aura. Great perk for this build, it's basically necessary to use if you go with this kind of build.)
The bonus Bloodpoints are only awarded post-Trial.) [My thoughts] (Again, this perk is mainly used for where to go next after a hook and for it's BPs game during post-match. It's great for stealth Killers and in-general any Killer with mobility, stealth, etc. The Pig can use it to crouch to her next Survivor and get a free hit or you can just walk there to find and hit them around the area. For this build though, BBQ & Chili is used as another means to track Survivors outside of the Ruin + Surveillance combo, so if Ruin is broken than at least you have this perk to help subside that loss.)
- Brutal Strength - The Trappers Perk [In-game description] (Destroy dropped Pallets and damage Generators 10/15/20% faster.) [My thoughts] (This perk is primarily used for breaking pallets and cleaning up the area in and out of a chase, that's mainly it when it comes to this build. The Perk itself is optional to use over the other perk STBFL, but it's mostly just used to clean up pallets so it's easier for you to chase Survivors as an M1 Killer, that's it, it can't help with the Ruin combo unless Ruin is broken.)
- Save the Best for Last - The Shapes Perk [In-game description] (Earn a Token for each successful hit that is not dealt to the Obsession. Each Token grants a stack-able 5% cool-down reduction on successful attacks. You can earn up to 8 Tokens. Attacking your Obsession will make you lose 4/3/2 Tokens. You can no longer gain Tokens if your Obsession is sacrificed or killed. You can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.) [My thoughts] (This is the better option for this builds 4th perk slot, it allows you to gain tokens for hitting/downing Survivors that're not the Obsession and it brings a 5% cool-down for each token you have, making it a lot easier to hit a Survivor and than hit them again in the span of a few seconds... especially if you have 8 tokens! Either perk works for the 4th perk slot, but this one is the better alternative in my opinion.)
conclusion
Hope this gives you an idea of some perk builds to use, both are great in their own ways and you can also mix and match add-ons to benefit these builds, Crate of Gears + Tampered Timer is the best add-on combo for The Pig.
Anyways, again, I hope this does help you out!
Stay safe out there, see you in the fog....
